Easy 3 Step For Order

Pre-move survey
Your move manager will book a time and date for the pre-move survey to fit in within your schedule and advise you of the name of the surveyor who will be visiting your home. The surveyor will carry out a detailed assessment of what house hold goods and personal effects you will like to have packed and moved assess the volume or weight of your shipment and base our service on utilizing the most practical and economical mode of transport depending on the volume of the shipment and your personal criteria.

Prepare quote
A detailed, written quotation based on the results of the pre-move survey will be prepared and sent to you. The quotation will detail the complete scope of the work to be performed by SafariProMovers International and the inclusive cost of the move, based on the information provided and agreed upon at the time of pre-move survey.

Follow up
Your move manager will follow up a few days after the quotation has been sent to you and answer any question that you may have with regard to contents of the quotation.

Book move
Upon acceptance of the quotation, your move manager will book the move and confirm all aspects of the operation plan, as well as ensuring that required paperwork and documentation relating to your move is completed and received back at our office prior to the move day. They will advise you on start times and how the packing, loading and moving process will take and then confirm all arrangement in writing.

Track move
Shortly after your move has been booked and confirmed your move manager will advise you of shipping dates, transit times, provide contact details of our overseas partner and then monitor all aspects of your move through to completion.

Less than container load
This service is generally used for shipping to destinations where there is not enough traffic to justify a part load shared container service. As above, your belongings will be carefully exported

Generally speaking, if your shipment is less than half a container load in terms of volume, it is normally more economical to pack and ship your belongings via our part load shared container service.
Full container service
Exclusive shipping containers are available in 20ft standard, 40ft standard and 40 High Cube sizes. Normally, if your shipment requires more than half the capacity of a 20ft container,
